Greater than or equal to 75% of rated load.

What is the rotating speed of the motor?

No-load speed 295rpm, load speed 265rpm

What material is used for the manufacture of motor body?

It is aluminum alloy.

What is the lifespan of the motor and how often does it need for maintenance?

Generally motor life can range from two to three years. If there is regular maintenance and no violent use, it can be used for up to 5 years. Furthermore, it requires maintenance within 3,000 kilometers for normal use, but if it is used frequently, it is recommended to do maintenance every 1,000 kilometers.

What brakes are suitable for the motor?

We have V-brakes and disc brakes to choose from. V brakes are not recommended if the motor is more than 500W because it offers less braking power than disc brakes. And if the ebike speed is too fast, it will easily result in accidents.

It is the brand from Jinghui, Dongguan, China.

What LED is suitable for the motor?

Instruments suitable for Bafang's UART protocol. It is recommended that customers check whether the wiring harness definition and connection hole position on the platform are consistent with theirs before purchasing. If not, the side cannot be used. Each company will have its own Their own wiring harness definition

What is the motor protocol? Does it have communication function?

Bafang's UART protocol, its LED and controller have communication function; but others not.

Can other brand's LED or accessories be used in the kit?

Yes, it can, if the LED and accessories is with the same protocol and the same wiring harness definition, then it can be used too.

Can the controller change the program or modify the software?

Yes, it can be modified, but a programming box needs to be bought to open. And the minimum order quantity is 50pcs, and customers can customize the program as they like.

What material is the spokes of the motor made of? What model is used? How many spoke holes are there?

The material of the spokes is nickel-plated, 12G. And currently all are 36 holes.

Can the motor use batteries of different voltage?

It is recommended to use batteries with the same volt and not exceeding the maximum amp value of the controller.

What is the maximum size range of the inner and outer tubes about the tire?

1.95mm to 2.35mm is OK [the inner and outer tires are consistent]

What material is the connecting wire made of? Waterproof wire or integrated wire

It is made of PVC and copper, integrated wire with waterproof function.

What is the connection definition of the front and rear lights? What is the voltage output?

The headlight is connected to the black SM head, and the taillight is connected to the red SM head. The headlight supports 36V to 48V, and the taillight supports 18V to 48V. Besides, the taillight has wide bandwidth processing, and has the brake light function.

Are the spokes manually or mechanically woven?

They are manually woven, so there will be a swing jump problem between 0.2-0.5mm.

What is the current limit of the controller?

250W=13A±1, 500W is 21A±1, 750W is 30A±1.

Can the kit remove the speed limit? How fast can it run at most?

It can be removed and adjusted through the internal settings of LED. The maximum speed is 250W=35-38KM/H, 500W=50KM/H or about 750W=65KM/H.

Is the controller a sine wave or a square wave?

All are positive sine waves.

Does the motor have a magnet?

All wheel hub motors will have magnets.

Can the LED be customized with a logo?

It can be customized for minimum order of 100pcs quantity.

What should I do if the installation line is not long enough?
